I have spotify premium but it won't play offline

I am paying for spotify premuim but it will not play offline. This is very annoying

"This action is not possible in offline mode" it says spotify premium at the top of the screen and i am only trying to play any song from one of my playlists

@Priya_Pankhania If you wish to listen to a playlist offline then that playlist needs to be downloaded first. So, just to make sure, do you have that playlist downloaded? Try going online and see if you can access the playlist now. Then go offline and see if the issue persists.
