Hi,

None of the articles apply to the issue

I’m having the exact same issue. Spotify will begin to offload my playlists within minutes of downloading them. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. This is getting really annoying. Plz fix it Spotify.

Glad it’s not just me. It’s irritating!

Hey @Hanna16 and @jacobroneil,

Thanks for your updates and feedback.

At this point, would you mind trying with a clean reinstall? It'll provide you with a brand-new as well as the most up-to-date version of the app.

This should also be a solution for potential cache-related issues affecting your downloads. It'd be good to try despite any previous attempts at a classic reinstall since the clean reinstall is a more thorough procedure.

If this doesn't do the trick, it'd be great if you'd let us know the following:

  • The device(s) you're experiencing this issue with
  • Do you use an SD card with the device(s)?
  • Can you reproduce the issue if you download the same music in your account using a different device (i.e. not one of yours)?
  • Can you reproduce the issue if you're on a different internet connection?

Let us know how you get on. We'll look out for your reply!

If I do that, will I have to go through all the albums, songs and playlists I’ve added as favourites again?

I reinstalled the app via the Apple App Store. I’m using an iPhone XR so no
SD card. Same issue.

Must be an issue that Spotify needs to fix with the app
