Spotify would love to have all the world’s music available to everyone. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available. It seems the artist removed these albums and songs from Spotify.

Thank you so much for still it , dose this mean that artist can chose to open his album in Europe and close in the US . Cuz let me point to this that the artist already promoting his album on his page with a link to open it on Spotify?!

Yes that's true, it's up to the artist to make it avialable in different places around the world since it's his work.
