Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

If the payment was completed successfully, it's possible that the account with the subscription could be different than the one you've currently logged into your device. So in this case, we'd first recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.

 

If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. In this case, we’d also recommend trying different login methods as mentioned in this article to see if you can find the Premium account.
