I've been charged for a subscription to premium that i don't want!

Hey, i've recently done the 30 day free trial of spotify and it charged me the second it ran out for premium and i just cant afford to have been charged for it! is there any way i can get a refund or anything or should i just stick it out til my next month is up with this premium? literal mare i'm just so broke!!!! help would be useful haha thanks x

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can work with you to get this sorted.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
