I've been paying for Premium, but no Premium features are working.

I've been paying for Premium, but no Premium features are working.

I've been a Spotify Premium subscriber for probably...maybe four or five months, but when I try listening to a playlist on my iPad (the Billboard playlists - not ones I've made), it says that this is a feature only for Premium members. What am I doing wrong?
