IPHONE 5 MISLABELING TRACKS AND PLAYING WRONG VERSIONS OF SONGS - NEED HELP!!!!

So I'm importing a LIVE album from ITunes that is not available on Spotify.  EWverything is fine on the desktop version however when I try to listen to the song on my phone the app, the song shows up as the studio version instead of the live version.  For example - I'm tryng to listen tothe live version of "Navigate Below" by The Revivalists from the Audiotree Sessions.  THe live track that shows up on my desktop is 4:00 - my Spotify app on my phone plays thinks this version is the studio version (3:57) and plays that instead.  This is really frustrating because it happens to other songs in my playlists.  Can you guys help me out?

In the desktop client, if you right click on the tracks do you get an "Unlink Track" option?

it does not - it's strange because the desk top version plays the track correctly but the album artwork displayed is for the version that m IPhone 5 plays i.e the Spotify version
