sou Assinante premium, tenho mais de 1200 músicas, minha música baixavam automático assim que eu as curtia, porém de um dia para o outro, minhas músicas desinstalaram, e não baixam mais, já paguei este mês, já tentei de tudo e nada ainda de resultado.

Can you give us a bit more information on the situation. For example did this start to happen after a particular update of your app or device's firmware? In the meantime, we can suggest to log out and then to log back in, in the app twice in a row, as this triggers a refresh between the app and your account and may help to resolve any possible cache-related issues. See if this will shake things up.


If the above doesn't help and in order to be able to better investigate this, we'd need more info for your current setup. Could you share with us the make, model and OS version of your device, as well as the exact Spotify version you're having at the moment.
