Impossible to connect to Spotify

Hello,

 

I've a Premium account and try to connect to Spotify on an iPhone 5c (iOS 10.3.3).

 

When I try to log in I get an error message : "An error happend. try again later".

I've tried multiple times, same message.

I tried to connect on other devices, that works

I tried to connect with a different account and get the same error message.

I guess then that this is a device issue. The device has been completeny reinstalled.

 

Can you please help ?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

We're afraid that the minimum iOS version required to run Spotify is 12, so it's expected that it won't work on previous versions, such as this case. You can find more info on system requirements in this article.
