Impossible to delete or redownload songless albums in my library.

My Question or Issue - 

In my library in the albums section ALL the songs in every full saved album is gone. There is no option to delete the empty album .  The download button is grayed out and won’t work. The text says “you haven’t saved anything from this artist...save this item to keep it In your library” I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling nothing changed. So I can’t delete the empty album and the download button is grayed out. Any ideas?
