My Question or Issue


The past few days, when I go to recently played, a lot of the albums are coming up with this error message: ‘You haven’t saved anything from (album name). Save this album to keep it in Your Library.’ 


I’ve attached a screenshot.


Even if I click Save, that does nothing. I have to go to Search and search for the artist or album again to start listening.


Can this be fixed?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. I'd also recommend updating to iOS 12.0.1 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
