Ipad update now causes itunes playlists to instantly crash spotify when I try to play them

I upgraded to Spotify Premium so that I could use Spotify on my ipad. This worked really well & I could even play my itunes playlists which were on my windows desktop. These playlists also contained tracks that weren't on spotify & just on my local hard drive so I was well impressed. Unfortunately I installed an up date yesterday & now my itunes playlists instantly crash spotify when I try to play them on the ipad.

My Spotify playlists work fine on the ipad & the itunes playlists are fine on my desktop to so its an ipad issue. Any resolution? it was working so well I'm a bit gutted I updated....
