Iphone App Crashed Big Time

iPhone 6 - IOS 9.3.1
App version - 5.4.0.1011 (premium account)
Free space on the phone: 50 GB

I was listening to spotify with the phone connected via Bluetooth on the car radio, suddenly the phone turned of and would only turn back on if I connected the charger.
After the phone was turned back on, I noticed the app had logged of and all the playlists that I had downloaded were erased.

Thanks for the report.

To me it sounds like the battery died and as a result some glitch happened in iOS. This might be an iPhone glitch rather than a problem with the Spotify app.

I haven't seen any other reports of this problem.

Do you remember what percentage battery you had left when this happened?
