Iphone doesn't show under devices

My Iphone will not show up as a device within my Spotify on my Windows PC even though it is both plugged in to my computer and on the same wi-fi network as my computer.  How can I get it to show up as a device so that I can get songs from my local files to my phone?

@EdmondsonC I'm moving this to the iOS section. Can you try these things:

• Disable all firewalls, anitivirus and other security software on your desktop
• Check that UPnP is enabled on the router
• Restart the iphone, fire up spotify and see if it shows.
