Iphone not connecting to Parrot in my car

I am a premium subscriber of Spotify for almost a year now.

Everything was amazing, until recently I am experiencing trouble connecting the Spotify on my Iphone to the Parrot device. I can use it as a phone with no problem, but songs won't play!! It tries to connect (radio mutes) and, after 2-3 seconds, radio turns back on.

The strange thing is my wife's Spotify is playing just fine with the Parrot device. I recently updated to iOS5.1

Does that have anything to do with this issue?
