Iphone not showing in devices section on my computer

my ipnoe5 has never done this i have had my phone sync'd since i got it to my laptop. for some reason is not popping up under the devices column on my laptop. my internet is on the same network

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

Can you try disabling any anti-virus or firewall software you having running on your computer, make sure you are logging into the same account on both your devices and if you are using Windows on the desktop, make sure you are running the client as Administrator (completely close Spotify, right click on desktop icon, select run as administrator).

Once you have finished synching? It will probs prevent the connection again.
