Iphone to ipad

I have premium on iPhone 5 and can't seem to control my iPad? Although when I put spotify on the iPad it gave me my music but says nothing about my account?.
I basically want to be able to control my pad but can't, help please

So when you are in The spotify app on your pad there is The Same Account logged in as on your phone?

It is possible to Control with a device an Other One using 'spotify connect' when you are in The Same wifi / wlan.

The last point is about Spotify connect how it works And how to use it 🙂
