Ipod Touch - USB or WiFi

Is it possible to synch to Spotify on Ipod Touch by using only USB connection - not using WiFi ?

You can try plugging in your iPod Touch (make sure you open the app on both your computer and your iPod) and head to the Devices tab on your Desktop.
