Ipod Touch last generation - error - Running on sidebar

Hi,

I just bought the last ipod touch with iOS 8.3.

I can't see in the menu (sidebar) the option "Running", I'm using my wifi conection.

I'm as far as I know, only iPhone and Android (I think Android) users can use the Running option. iPod users can't, even when it has wifi.

After latest update, I used the running feature on my ipod touch 5th Gen. But I couldn't find it in the sidebar when I connected Nike Running today!! I have tried evey effert (log out and log in, del it and download it, and change another app store download it ), but cannot get it back!! WEIRD!
