Ipod wont connect to spotify

When I plugged my ipod into spotify it doesnt appear under the devices in the window. Meaning I can't sync any of my songs onto my ipod. How do I fix this?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Have you tried running spotify as an administrator?

Make sure both Spotify applications are in the foreground and not in offline mode.

Also, try disabling your AV firewall temporarily, as firewalls often block the 2 from connecting.

Ah yes, good point; non iPod touches can't sync Spotify music, only offline files. And then of course the model can make a difference sometimes 🙂
