Is the available offline option now obsolete?

Hello folks,

When accessing an album page now, we get the option to "save" it to our "you music" library. The thing is that when I save an album, it is being queued or, if I'm on wifi, being saved for offline use automatically.

I found an old post where there is supposed to be an option to deactivate this, but I can't find it anymore.

So, I go to the album that I saved and it shows the green down arrows which means, again, that is ready for offline use, EVEN while the "available offline" switch is OFF.

I tend to save albums for quicker access, but I don't intend to save them for offline use unless I really need to.

Is there a way to still save albums to "your music" withount necessarily downlading them?

Thanks!

Mathias

That's weird... it shouldn't automatically download them when you save them to your music.

Have you tried reinstalling the app to see if that helps?

I will try when I'm back on wifi and confirm.
