LOST all songs and playlists

LOST all songs and playlists

I have a premium account which I was receiveing a message saying that my account was paused, even though it had been paid.  I read something that said I should reinstall the app.  I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now ALL my songs and playlists are gone.  I do not have a second account; I've tried that.  Is there any way to recover? I've gone online and clicked recover playlist but it says that I have no recent deleted playlist. HELP!
