Laptop Stolen, Offline Music wanted back from iPad

I recetly had my laptop stolen (windows). I had some CD's and downloads synced to use in offline mode.

I had my offline music also synced to my iPad.

I want to get that offline music from my iPad to my new laptop which I replaced with the stolen one.

It's going to take a very long time to get all my music back and this would be the quickest way if possible.

If not it should definitley be an enhancment of some kind, where I can uplad my music to a cloud so I can listen to my oflline music anywhere online??

Anyway, can anyone help?
