Local Files not downloading onto iPhone.

Ok, I have learned from my mistake of checking to make sure my computer is connected via the same WiFi network in order to download local files onto my iPhone Spotify. But now even when they are connected to the same WiFi it does not work. I have reinstalled Spotify on both devices, as well as tried syncing the files from a different computer by downloading the files and connecting to the WiFi network. I recently have had some WiFi problems as my network refused to give internet access and we had to reset my router.

It might be something to do with my WiFi, since even when I moved all of the files to my other computer's spotify manually, they still did not download onto my phone.
