Local file help

I’ve seen lots of solutions to get my local file play list to download or sync to my iPhone however I never seen a option that says make file available for offline use. Please help.

I’ve installed the desktop app... added my local files... created local file playlist... and added songs to those playlists.

they play fine on my desktop app.

playlists show on my iPhone but have 0 dongs in them.

i selected the download button but I just get the spinning wheel of death past 24 hours.

i think I need to select on the desktop app make available for offline use but I can’t find that option anywhere...

please help
