Local files do not transfer to iphone

My Question or Issue

I have a few mp3 files on a playlist that is set to download on both my mac and my phone. Recently (yesterday i think) it broke entirely and it no longer transfers the files. The downloading bar appears on my phone and disappears without receiving a single bit, and then I struggle to get it to appear again. I've restarted my phone and computer multiple times.

That doesn't sound cool.

Are you still experiencing this or was this a temporary issue? Could you check if both of your devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network?
