Local files not downloading

Each and everytime i try to download to my local playlist it shows up, but when i try to move it to a playlist on my pc to play on my iphone it just deletes itself, now it plays on my pc but when i try to switch to play it on my iphone it says (this song isnt downloaded) and then it deletes the songs again. The songs wouldnt even show up on my iphone, i also downloaded the songs i wanted to a playlist i made on pc and but they didnt download and when i clicked the download button again( to undo the downlaods) it would delete all the songs from the playlist and from the local playlist aswell I had turned off my firewall and also allowed spotify through My songs were all mp3 format My mobile and pc were both synced to the same wifi Now i use to be able to sync songs and not cant do anything of the sort and help would be amazing!!!
