Not first time, but sometime all Local files been disappear suddenly,
and the "available offline" button doesn't make my songs back.
I need to delete the app and reinstall again.

Try updating to the new 2.6 version of the iOS app that came out today. Does that help?
The developers are aware of this bug and are looking into it. Some people have said that it is now working for them in version 2.6
I think the problems is still here,
Since I reinstall the app today, is 2.6 version, and still cannot download/Synchronous all local files in iPhone.

I found that If I re-chlick "available offline" in spotify desktop version, the local files show up in iphone version.

I've a similar issue. Some files appears to be on device (they have the green symbole next to them) but are greyed out and I can't play them. I tried to redo the playlist, but no chance.
