Local files playing on laptop but not iPhone/not synchronizing!

Alright hi. So I have a problem that my local files WILL play normally on my laptop and then I've added them on an list that works offline. However, my iPhone 6 says that the track can't be played cause it hasn't been synched. I'm so goddamn tired of these little things bc they happen all the time. I have the newest versions both on my phone and laptop.

It shows the songs in grey and won't synch them even when I'm synching my phone. Please help cause I'm getting so effing pissed off at this problem I seem to have constantly with my local files.

Also I'd rather not reinstall Spotify bc i have about 1k songs on one list on purpose and that takes just so effing long to sycnh them again... But will do if that's necessary.
