I'm suddenly no longer able to play my local files. They’re not grayed out and they still say they’re downloaded but when I try to shuffle play the playlist they’re all in the playlist just shuffle through all the songs and when I try to play one of the songs individually it doesn't play. It doesn't even give me the “This song is unavailable” error message. Anybody else having this problem or no how to fix it?
I’d say start by “undownloading” them and then sync them onto your phone again. If that doesn’t work then reinstall the app. Of that doesn’t work then I’m out of ideas.
