Local songs said to be downloaded but not playable

Since a few patches ago i've been having this problem with some of my local songs not being synced but showing as downloaded. Everytime I try to play any of these songs i get the error message like the picture. Help?

Hi. It could be that the cache has become corrupted and you may need to ununstall and reinstall spotify. Before doing that, try copying the problem playlists on your desktop into new playlists to see if that works. If not, reinstalling is the only option left.
