Locate and/or update

I can't find the Spotify app on my daughters iPad. When I go to App Store I can't open it, update it or download it. Advice?

The Spotify app is available in the U.S.

If you can’t find Spotify in your App Store, double-check the country setting of your App Store account to make sure it is set to the U.S. For more information, visit the Apple support site here.
