Dear Spotify,

In an having some trouble with logging in to my account. When entering my username and password I got the message saying the password was incorrect. Thinking I mi have gotten the password wrong I pressed the button the reset it. After changing resting the password I still got the same message. Please help me with this issue as I cannot use the service.

Just to confirm you are logging in using your Spotify username not your email address?
