Dear sportify 

 

i reset my password and it won't let me login on the app but it lets me log in on the website why can't I log in on the app

Are you seeing any error messages when trying to log into the Spotify app?

It says log n failed unable to log in user name or password is incorrect have you signed up for a Spotify account.

How are you trying to log into the App? Using username and password? Via Facebook? Using Email Address and Password?

Have you tried reinstalling the app in the device you're trying to log in?

I tried that it did not work

I'm having the same problem since this morning

Can you try it via a different internet connection? For example, if you're using Wifi, try using 3G/LTE.

I did that twice ad it did not work

I reset my password twice and it did not work

 

I rest set my password agin and it did not work
