Hi spotify community! I have never ever had a problem with Spotify and I’ve had my account working flawlessly since 2015. Now I went into my Spotify app on my iPhone and I couldn’t log in, which was weird since I never logged out. So then I went onto the web and changed my password, this worked and I was able to log in.. only problem was that ALL of my downloaded songs disappeared and what was left was one song that I don’t know and never downloaded. I’m worried my account was hacked and I’ve lost my songs forever!!! Help!! What can I do to recover my years of songs!!

I am sorry to hear about your issue. The first thing we can do here is just make sure that you have full control of your account. Please take  look here to help with this:

Once this is all in order please take look at this second help article, this will advise on how you can recover your music:
