My Question or Issue

Hello everybody!

I'm having a problem with the quality of the music playing. It feels like I'm listening in the worst possible quality.

I always set my iPhone to the maximum music quality and I don't leave the option to adjust the quality automatically.

I've tried removing all the data, I've tried uninstalling, I've formatted the iPhone completely and nothing works.

I do not know what else to do.

That's odd. Do you notice any difference if you change the audio quality in settings?

 

How does the audio sound when you use other device?

 

Can you log in a friend's account using your iPhone to see if it's something related to your account?
