Lyrics doesn’t Sync with music after reopening Spotify App

When I restart my phone and play music on spotify the Lyrics are in sync with the Music. But after i close my spotify app then open it again the lyrics doesn’t sync with the music

Just to confirm, do you still experience this after a thorough reinstall (as opposed to a "simple" reinstall) of the Spotify app and then restarting your iPhone?
