My Question or Issue

Hello, I noticed that in my spotify the lyrics are not showing the preview they used to show before. I dont know if it is a new update or if it is a bug but I havent find an answer to it. Here is a screenshot of what i mean and as you see there is only a bar i have to click on to see the lyrics.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Could you try removing stored cache from the app to see if it makes any difference? Once it's done, try logging out from the app and then back in again. As odd as it may sound, this action will resync your account info.

You can also try a clean reinstall of the app. This ensures that you're running the latest version and will clear any saved cache as well.

Shouldn't that do the trick, can you let us know what Spotify version you're using? Also, does this only happen with a specific track or with all songs?

I tried to reinstall the app before and it didn’t work, I also tried logging out and logging in again but it’s still the same, I didn’t see how to delete the cache but if reinstalling and logging out didn’t I don’t think removing the cache will. Answering to your question, yes, it happens the same to every song I play.

I have the same issue also on my ipad 10th gen and iphone 12. Lyrics works on other acc but doesnt work on my account. Fix that pls

Is it supposed to be something normal? I have seen other people that have the lyrics as i used to have it
