Minor touch gesture problem with Spotify on the iPad

Spotify has the following slight but irritating problem when playing radio stations on the iPad.

When the "now playing" screen is up and you quickly make the four-finger swipe up gesture to show the running applications, Spotify skips to the next track in the radio, without any apparent way to go back to the previous song. It'd be much appreciated if Spotify added some code to check the number of fingers to prevent this annoyance.

Edit: This seems to only be a problem when in landscape orientation.

Yes. Is there any chance of this getting fixed? The app should be limiting its gesture recognition to a single touch.
