Missing playlists on iPhone yet present on two separate desktop clients

I've looked through this forum for help, but I cannot find the solution to my problem.

Description
Missing multiple playlists and playlist folders on iPhone device. All other clients, except for my iPhone device, holds all playlists. Other clients include Ubuntu 12.10, Windows 7, iPad 3 and a Mac OSx Snow Leopard.

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. Never deleted any of the missing playlists

2. Have never connected my Spotify account to any social network

3. Playlists and playlists folders on iPhone seemingly arbitrarily dissapeared

What I expected to happen
The playlists and playlist folders to be equal on all devices and clients

What actually happened

This can be marked as solved.

All playlists and folders was inside one arbitrary top level folder.

It's also impossible to move/delete this top level folder on the device. Trying results in crash.
