Mobile Account not syncing with computer

I am trying to sync my cell phone with my new Sonos account, when I try it says my premium account is paused, however when I go on my computer it says my premium account is active. What gives?

In this case, we recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support so they can look into this. You can contact them via Twitter, Facebook, or email:

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
