[Mobile] Cant Change The Order of Songs In Playlist

so i go and add some new songs to a playlist (IOS app) and then i go to place them in an order i would like in my playlist but the edit tool is only giving me the option to delete songs.

It looks like this feature has been removed.

I asked Spotify why it has been removed.

I'll update this if I get a response. 

I'm pissed about this too.

The ability to rearrange the song order in playlists is coming back in a future release.

It's been broken and a major improvement is coming.
