My Question or Issue

Hello, I live in America but for summer break I am living in Japan. I am a mobile user. About 10-15 days ago there was a notification saying that I have reached my monthly free time limit. This has never showed up while I was in America. I have tried reinstalling the app, logging in again and restarting the device multiple times but nothing works. I thought the limit would reset today but it didn’t. Is this because I am in Japan?

Right now it's only possible for free accounts to use Spotify abroad for 14 days. You can learn more by reading this Spotify Answer.

Hello Loxer, thank you for your reply. I changed my country settings 14 days after coming to Japan, which was about a month ago and everything was going fine until 10-15 days ago... are there any other ways to fix this problem that you know of?
