Music consistently pauses up to 5x in a row. Very frustrating

I have downloaded spotify premium for about 2 months now and randomly I will get these pause spikes where I have to manually press the play button to get the song going again. some times right after I press the play button a second later it will pause again. plz fix or lmk anything i can do to make it stop
