Music pauses and random artists are showing up in recents

Hello,
I've had Spotify premium for just over a year now and recently I've started having problems with music pausing during songs. When I go onto the app it says that my account is being used from a different device, but I have shut it down on all of my other devices and it is still happening. I am also finding that there are random artists and albums that I know I haven't listened to in my recently played. Can you help?

It would appear someone else has access to your account, I would recommend logging out of all devices and changing your password as soon as possible.
