Music randomly stops - Iphone 7 | iOS 13.3.1 | Family plan

Hello, I hope someone can help with this problem:

My music randomly stops playing. Sometimes 5 times during a song, sometimes not at all. There is no logic to it.

 

I've already tried the following suggestion found on the community:

 

- clearing cache

- logging out

- deleting the app and reinstalling it

- I'm the only one using it under my login

- quit application and restart

 

But still the problem keeps reoccurring. And oddly enough this problem started when upgrading from premium to a family subscription.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community and welcome.

 

Although you already confirmed you're the only one using your Spotify account and accessing it with your login credentials, would you mind also double-checking you're not currently logged in your account with more than one device? For example, both with your mobile and computer device at the same time.

 

Also, since you mentioned that what you're reporting started when you subscribed to Premium Family, would you mind letting us know whether your Spotify account is connected to any music playback devices (e.g. a speaker) together with the other Family members' accounts?

 

This info will help us start looking into this in greater detail.
