Music skips, stops and re-starts while running - not to mention doesn't sync fully

I have upgraded to the new iPhone 6 and since then I have not been able to fully download my playlists onto my iPhone with some tracks of my own music, it stays constantly "in progress" but does not do anything. 

Furthermore, yesterday I went for a run and had my iPhone in my pocket, something I have been doing before. It constantly skipped tracks or stopped and then resumed or fully stopped, which made my run not as relaxing as it should have been. 

What can I do?

Hi, I've had the same problem when jogging with my iPhone: Spotify keeps skipping tracks or stopping and then resuming them, which is very annoying.

Anyone has had this problem? Any solutions?

I've been having this problem too. And I know it's not due to a lack of service. This is very annoying!
