Music stops after a few seconds

Tracks stop playing after a few seconds. I tried to log out and back in, I deleted the app and downloaded it again but the issue persists...Any suggestions on how I can fix the issue?

Hi @gsandri, welcome to the community!

It seems like you're on iOS 10. The latest version is iOS 12.3.1. I'd recommend updating your device to the latest version to see if the issue still persists. You can do this by going to Settings General Software Update

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried updating iOS but unfortunately the issue remains 😞 app was working fine till yesterday and now I cannot use it at all.

Hey @gsandri.

 

Thanks for trying! Does this happen when you use a different network connection? Also - can you let me know if this happens after you connect headphones, opening a specific app, or when this happens exactly?

I think I found the solution 🙂 if I played music without headphones the music would not stop, while with headphones it kept stopping. So I bought a new pair of headphones and now everything is working fine. Thanks a lot for your help 🙂
