My Question or Issue

Please help. I've used Spotify for a couple of years now and have recently run into problems with it stopping after playing one song on my Apple Watch while I'm wearing earbuds. The buttons will gray out so I can't skip forward or play the song again, although the watch icon is still lit like it's playing through my watch.

Here's some background info:

-The problem started happening after updating my iPhone to IOS 16.0 and my watch to WatchOS 9.0.

-When I use my watch to play the music on my iPhone, it works just fine.

-Cellular is working fine on my watch.

-When wearing my earbuds, it will only play one song when using my Apple watch app whether I'm on wi-fi or cellular.

-I've tried using two different pairs of earbuds/headphones and the problem still persists.

-Deleted and reinstalled the Spotify app.

-Restarted both the Apple Watch and iPhone.

-Unpaired and paired again.

-Factory reset Apple Watch.

-Signed out of Spotify and signed back in.

-Checked for updates for both watch and iPhone.

I don't know what else to try. I would appreciate any other suggestions.
