Music stops playing after one song

My Question or Issue

after I close the app and open it again later after one song plays everything stops working. After I close the app and open it later one song plays from my playlist and then after that song nothing will play and everything stops working

This is indeed an odd behavior, so let's take a closer look. Just to confirm, did you already try by reinstalling the app on your device to check if you notice any difference? If you haven't yet, you can give it a try. You can find the steps to do it in this article.

If that doesn't do the trick, we'd like to check, is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
 

Lastly, would you mind opening a different account on the affected device to check if this behavior persists? It’d be awesome if you could check. You can ask for the account of a relative or a friend to open it in your device and check.
